ОГНЕСТОЙКИЕ КАБЕЛИ

Огнестойкие кабели – это кабели, которые, будучи установленными внутри единого пространства, значительно снижают скорость распространения огня и самопроизвольно гаснут после воспламенения и последующего удаления от источника огня. Однако, если жгут кабелей расположен вертикально, например, в вертикальных стояках, пламя может распространяться вдоль кабелей (эффект дымохода). Для предотвращения этой опасности, следует использовать специальные кабели, препятствующие распространению огня.

Процедуры испытаний

В настоящей процедуре описываются минимальные требования к огнестойкости кабелей, и пригодны для электропроводов или уединенных кабелей. Провод или кабель воспламеняется с помощью воздушно - пропановой горелки (мощность пламени 1 кВ).

Длительность испытания

Ø кабеля ≤ 25 мм     –   60 с
Ø кабеля 25…50 мм – 120 с
Ø кабеля 50…75 мм – 240 с
Ø кабеля  > 75 мм     – 480 с

Воспламенившийся кабель должен самопроизвольно прекратить горение сразу после удаления источника открытого огня. Общая длина сгоревшего участка не должна превышать 60 см. Результаты испытаний считаются удовлетворительными, если образец кабеля не загорелся, или общая длина пораженного участка (обугливание) не превышает 50 мм.
